Dental Hygienist – ForwardDental Delafield
Location: 3210 Golf Road, Delafield, WI 53018
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month
Job Overview As an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, you’ll deliver exceptional patient care with full clinical autonomy. You’ll have access to a dedicated hygiene mentor program, continuing education, and an environment that supports work‑life balance. The role includes bi‑weekly hourly pay with an optional daily pay option, and the opportunity to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.
Compensation & Benefits
$5,000 Welcome Bonus
Bi‑weekly hourly pay + Daily Pay option
Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses

Full‑time minimum of 30 hours to receive full benefits package
Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
New graduates or seasoned hygienists welcome to apply
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
Clinical flexibility as required by the office
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement, not applicable in FL & TN)
