Dental Hygienist – Heartland Dental
Location: 2030 Crossing Circle, Spring Hill, Tennessee 37174
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Bi‑weekly hourly pay with the option for daily pay; daily and quarterly bonuses; $10,000 welcome bonus.

Training & Technology: Arestin, iTero, CE coverage, dental hygiene mentor program.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in TN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
Open to new grads or seasoned hygienists.
Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
Clinical experience as required by office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement, not applicable in FL & TN).
