Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Seven Hills New Hampshire (an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation)
Overview The primary function of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to ensure wellbeing for all students at Seven Hills New Hampshire (SHNH) Crotched Mountain School. Your role involves providing basic medical care across a broad spectrum of needs, while maintaining quality, service excellence and professional standards.
Pay: $67,995 - $77,995 ($32.69/hr. - $37.50/hr.)

Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, perform in accordance with physicians’ orders.
Provide necessary nursing services to students in the residential program, including distribution of medications as needed overnight.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessment of students’ illnesses/injuries, updating the director/case manager/parent per protocols and determining the students’ needs for PCP, urgent care, or emergency department further assessment.
Maintain ongoing communication/consultation with the student’s family/guardian, home physicians, case management, and residential and/or educational staff.
Administrative duties as needed (scanning medical documents, filing, updating medical records and student files).
Assist in supervising Medication Nurse Assistants (MNAs) on clinical staff.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
Must have a license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in New Hampshire.
1–3 years of related experience.
Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Must maintain licensing requirements and ongoing professional development.
