Over the past three years, Seven Hills Foundation has been breathing new life into this historic school — expanding programs, welcoming new students, and rebuilding a dedicated team of educators, caregivers, and clinicians who make incredible things possible for youth with severe neurodevelopmental disabilities. As we grow, we’re thoughtfully adding new team members and opening exciting opportunities every step of the way.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Residential Counselors to deliver exceptional care and support
Manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations across residences
Promote safe, structured, trauma-informed environments
Oversee medication administration and campus safety
Coordinate engaging recreation and community integration programs
Build strong communication with students, families, and staff
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred
4-5 years of experience working with youth or adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential/educational setting
Leadership, organization, and communication skills
Comfort using Safety Care (training provided)
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements
Schedule Wednesday-Friday 2:00pm — 10:00pm, Saturday 7:00am — 10:00pm
