We are hiring passionate registered nurses (RN) to provide long‑term, nighttime care for an adult patient who requires a G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator support. Maxim Healthcare provides comprehensive paid training to ensure every nurse feels fully prepared before they enter a patient’s home.
Starting pay for an RN is between $55 – $65 an hour for this particular patient.

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care.
Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status changes.
Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
Intervene as applicable in response to changes in patient condition and report changes to the physician or supervisor.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness.
Review the of care and protocols, identifying areas for education, coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation).
Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior RN experience preferred.
