About The Position TravelNurseSource is partnering with Prime Staffing to find a qualified ICU/critical care RN for Saint Johnsbury, VT. We seek an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to patients with life‑threatening conditions.
Responsibilities
Continuous monitoring of patients
Medication administration
Ventilator management
Coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Quick decision‑making and critical thinking under pressure
Requirements
Active RN License (State or Compact)
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (with expiration dates)
Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts, weekends, holidays, and call coverage
Ready to float to similar acuity units if needed
Acceptance of initial time‑off requests during application
Onboarding Process Average onboarding time is 4–6 weeks.
