About The Position:
TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN for Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. This role requires an experienced ICU Registered Nurse who can provide critical care to patients with life‑threatening conditions.
Specialty:
Registered Nurse – ICU
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
License:
Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS (must include expiration dates)
Must‑Have:
All time‑off requests must be submitted with the initial application
Responsibilities:
Provide continuous monitoring, medication administration, ventilator management, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrate strong critical thinking, quick decision‑making, and work under pressure.
Shift Details:
12‑hour night shift with weekend, holiday, and call coverage. Floating to similar acuity units may be expected. Average onboarding time is 4–6 weeks.

BLS
