Bradford Counseling Services
Position Overview Full-time, 10-month position (August–May) – 37.5 hours per week – available for immediate hire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one and is suitable for experienced counselors or recent graduates eager to begin a career in higher‑education mental health.
Assignment Details
Full-time, 10-month (43.3 weeks) – 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: $26.06 – $32.57 per hour
Benefits include paid sick, vacation, personal, holiday, and recess time
Essential Functions
Provide comprehensive prevention, assessment, and intervention services at the on-campus office, meeting diverse students “where they are”.
Conduct evaluations and treatment, including individual, group, and virtual sessions, and remain available for walk-ins in addition to scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
Valid Pennsylvania license (LPC, LMFT, CAADC, or LCSW).
Minimum two years of practice as a licensed mental health provider with experience in a college/university counseling center or comparable setting.
Physical Effort Little physical effort required; duties largely sedentary. May need to move objects up to 25 pounds.
Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement On-campus, in an office or lab environment.
Background and Clearance Position finalists required to complete a background check; child protection clearance not applicable.
