Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Monitor and document resident progress and any changes in their condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Educate residents and their families about their health status, treatment plans, and disease management
Ensure that all nursing interventions are carried out in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Qualifications
Active RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in long‑term care or a similar healthcare setting
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Proficient computer skills
