Sandstone Estates is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team on a PRN (as‑needed) basis. This flexible role is ideal for someone passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities
Perform resident evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands‑on therapy focused on functional improvement and independence.
Guide and oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in implementing care plans.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state and facility standards.
Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
