Full‑Time Salary Range:
$100K – $140K per year Location:
Desert Hot Springs, CA Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $10K, plus daily productivity bonuses available

Success in This Role
Review patients’ medical history.
Provide excellent one‑to‑one care, spending an average of 30 minutes per patient.
Diagnose patients through movement observation and patient input.
Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent re‑injury.
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in California.
CPR and first aid certification required.
AHA BLS required.
Experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates welcome to apply.
Must successfully complete all pre‑employment standards.
All of our PTs receive daily productivity bonuses that often add up to around $1,300 per month.
