We are seeking fully licensed mental health counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a flexible 1099 contract position in Virginia, starting January 5, 2026.
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via virtual or in-person sessions.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence‑based techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
Maintain accurate records, collaborate with other providers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Offer crisis intervention and participate in ongoing professional development.
Must hold an active Virginia license; provisional licensees will be considered.
Compensation is a competitive caseload split (starting at 60/40), with flexible hours, insurance billing support, and professional growth opportunities.
