New Path Counseling & Wellness specializes in practical, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and families of all ages. Our services address trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, emotional dysregulation, parenting challenges, and more. We focus on trauma recovery, neurodiversity, emotional regulation, and high-conflict relationships while offering culturally responsive care, including Spanish-speaking clinicians. Therapy is available online across Texas, Florida, and Virginia, and in-person sessions are provided in Rockwall & Fate Tx. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate support to help clients achieve wellness and healing. Role Description This role is for a part-time or full-time licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with hybrid work options or Part-Time remote for experienced clinicians. The position is based in Rockwall, TX, allowing for a combination of in-office sessions and remote work. The Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy sessions to individuals, families, and couples, develop comprehensive treatment plans, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with other clinicians and support staff. The role encourages a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to care. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Psychology Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management Experience in Relationship Counseling and addressing relational dynamics Licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in good standing Experience or training in trauma-focused therapeutic approaches such as EMDR Ability to provide culturally responsive care, with Spanish language proficiency considered a plus Exceptional communication, active listening, and organizational skills Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Other Job function : Health Care Provider Industries : Mental Health Care
