Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Illinois requiring an active IL RN license and NIHSS certification.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit caring for adult patients

Patient population includes general medical‑surgical cases and stroke patients

Night shift schedule

Every other weekend required

13‑week contract assignment

Responsible for providing care to adult medical‑surgical and stroke patients

First time travelers will be considered

Requirements

Active Illinois RN license required

Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg experience

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
