Fully Remote Full-Time Assessor In Leon County, Tallahassee Office

Candidate Requirements
You are compassionate and engaging while providing superior customer service.
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
Florida License: Active and valid in respective field.
Must maintain a full‑time schedule Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm in our Leon County, Tallahassee office completing a minimum of 14 assessments per week.
Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM-5-TR and ICD-10.
Performs initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations and updates as applicable.
Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.
Minimum compensation listed is based on 14 mental health only assessments per week. The average time to complete MH assessment is 2 hours 15 minutes. Earnings and bonus potential increases with bilingual, substance use assessments and productivity.
