Position Summary Primary purpose: assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a SNF setting, following health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Education / Qualifications
Current unencumbered LPN license in the state where you work.
Current CPR certification.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
Shift & Wage Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities Available. Shifts vary: 7:00 am–3:00 pm, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm. Program details can vary among buildings – see HR. Pay: Newport News, VA $29.00‑$33.00 (2 weeks ago); Virginia Beach, VA $24.60‑$32.40 (6 days ago).
