Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel. Supervision is in accordance with federal, state, local standards and guidelines, and as required by the Director of Nursing Services. You must follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Education/Qualifications
Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment.
Current CPR certification.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
Shift & Wage
Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
Shifts vary.
Wage: $29.00–$31.00 per hour.
