What We Need You To Do
Review design plans of solid waste facilities for engineering soundness and regulation compliance.
Oversee construction of solid waste facilities, particularly liner installations.
Prepare correspondence relative to permit compliance matters.
Provide technical assistance and outreach to associated industry and government officials.
Qualifications
Engineering preferred.
12 months experience as Environmental Specialist 1 (85861) OR 4 years training or experience in a position involving engineering (Sanitary, Geotechnical, Civil, Environmental, Agricultural or Chemical). Training & experience must be commensurate with duties to be assigned.
OR baccalaureate degree in engineering (Sanitary, Geotechnical, Civil, Environmental, Agricultural or Chemical).
