About the Role We are expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. Our approach to skincare goes beyond the treatment—it’s about making a positive impact on our clients’ lives through innovative services, customized long‑term plans, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
Provide world‑class client experiences by performing top‑level services.
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, tailored to individual skincare goals.
Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.

Compensation $35,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
