What You’ll Do
Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
Support residents with dementia in a safe, respectful manner
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Help with mobility and transfers
Engage residents in memory care activities
Maintain clean, comfortable living spaces
Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
What You’ll Need
Must be 17 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
1 year of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
Ability to understand, read, write and speak English
Complete at least 12 hours of annual in‑service education and all required training
Proficient in using technology, including the resident charting system
