What You'll Do:
Direct and oversee assisted living and memory care operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management
Develop and implement comprehensive staffing plans to ensure safe, adequate coverage aligned with resident acuity and care needs
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and performance management for licensed and unlicensed nursing staff
Establish, maintain, and enforce nursing policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices in compliance with regulations
Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and operational effectiveness
Ensure regulatory compliance and serve as a primary contact during surveys, audits, and investigations
Collaborate with leadership, providers, families, and external partners to support coordinated, resident-centered care
Promote infection control, safety, and risk management practices across the community
Respond to on-call clinical concerns and emergent situations, providing direct care support as needed
Foster an ethical, respectful, and team-oriented culture that upholds resident dignity, comfort, and well-being
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Active, unencumbered RN license in applicable state(s)
BSN preferred
5+ years nursing leadership experience; DON/ADON preferred
Experience in gerontological and restorative care
