Job Description This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates!

What You'll Be Doing
Getting Patients Ready to Shine – Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care!
Hands-On Clinical Work – Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures like wound care, suture removal, and more.
Tech Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Team Player Extraordinaire – Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well-oiled machine.
Patient Educator – Help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow-up care.
What You Bring To The Table
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program
Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – Required at time of hire and must be maintained.
Certification: Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections – You’ll be giving shots like a pro!
Strong Problem-Seeking Skills – You think on your feet and adapt quickly.
Excellent Organization & Time Management – You keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
Customer Service Rockstar – Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.
Radiology Certification (if applicable) – If the role requires X‑ray functions, you must have radiology training from your MA program or a validated competency checklist.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) From conducting assessments and collecting patient data to administering medications and documenting care, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent healthcare. Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a variety of settings, including acute care, long‑term care, home health, and ambulatory care.

Administer Medications & Treatments: Ensure medications and treatments are properly administered and documented, following all necessary protocols.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work alongside a dedicated healthcare team to support patients and ensure they're receiving the best care possible.
Follow Standards: Perform all duties in alignment with the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act to ensure top‑notch, safe care for every patient.
What You Need To Bring
Education: Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
Licensure: Current license as a practical nurse in the State of Missouri.
Certification: Certified in Basic Life Support (BCLS).
