Effective August 26, 2025 and expires December 31, 2025. Applicable only for MA & MOS positions in the Centers of Excellence and Maryland Family Care practices, of which this role applies to.
Responsibilities
Room patients and obtain vitals
Enter patient information into electronic medical record (EMR)
Set up and assist with office procedures
Chaperone providers during patient examination
Take pre‑op and post‑op photos of patients
Maintain and stock exam rooms
Order clinical supplies
Complete FMLA and disability forms
Clean and reset exam rooms
Travel to satellite locations as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year experience preferably in a medical office setting
Certification preferred (CPR preferred)
Age‑specific care provided for: Adolescent, Adults, Geriatrics
