About Us Connections Mental Health is a licensed residential mental health facility specializing in treating individuals with co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Our programming includes gender-specific and co‑ed group therapy, individual therapy, and comprehensive case management‑delivered with professionalism, heart, and purpose.

We are currently seeking a

motivated and compassionate therapist

What You'll Do

Provide individual therapy and lead 1–2 therapy groups weekly.

Maintain a caseload of 6 clients, ensuring personalized care and attention.

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Use therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic approaches, family systems, CBT, and DBT.

Document all services in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Collaborate with clinical team and coordinate with community resources.

Perform risk assessments, utilization reviews, and offer crisis intervention as needed.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in a mental health‑related field (required).

Registered with the BBS (ACSW, AMFT, APCC, etc. required).

Experience with mental health treatment (1+ year preferred).

Knowledge of co‑occurring disorders and trauma‑informed care.

Familiarity with EMR documentation and compliance standards.

A team player with empathy, integrity, and strong clinical skills.
