Salary Disclosure Statement

The salary range above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job‑related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Competitive Pay $19–23/hr and Shift Differentials

Weekend Warrior Program

Responsibilities

Assist nursing staff with completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs

Perform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directed

Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition

Complete required documentation in a timely manner

Assist in transporting residents as needed

Provide companionship to residents

Ensure the safety of our residents

Assist with motivating residents to help keep them active and engaged

Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications

Must hold a current certification and GNA license in Maryland

Must possess a positive and professional attitude

Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment

Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with residents

Ability to listen attentively

Ability to problem‑solve and work well under pressure

Willingness to navigate changes in assignments

Ability to show empathy and compassion while interacting with residents to increase their comfort level
