Your Role & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including plaque and tartar removal, fluoride treatments, and polishing.
Conduct oral health assessments and screenings.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, including brushing, flossing, and nutrition.
Take and develop digital X-rays as needed.
Maintain detailed patient records and assist in treatment planning.
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Work closely with the dentist and assist during procedures when necessary.
What We’re Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan.
2+ years of experience in a dental hygiene role (preferred).
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, technology, and best practices.
Excellent communication and patient care skills with a gentle touch.
Team-oriented and passionate about creating positive patient experiences.
CPR certification (preferred).
Schedule Monday:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( mandatory )
Tuesday or Wednesday:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( RDH may choose one day )
Thursday:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( mandatory )
