Working Hours: Every Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 local time for 5 (five) hours

Cinter Technology is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in Sunnyvale. This person will work to support the Accounting & IT administrative operations of the office.
Responsibilities
Corporate Card Transaction Check
Expense Report Verification
Vendor Payment
Issue Check for Payment
Bank Reconciliation
Asset & Equipment Management
Corporate Card Transaction Check
Minor IT-related tasks such as mobile device setup
Document Creation and Update if needed
Requirements
High school diploma
1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive, high-energy attitude
Follow the procedures and manuals
Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook / E-mail / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Capability to carry the item, which is 20lbs at max.
