Position Type: Exempt Work Location: Whitewater, WI & Menomonee Falls, WI Travel: 20% Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations of ISO-14001/ISO-45001 certification pertaining to company operations. Perform regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental hazards. Conduct routine safety audits and facility inspections to monitor compliance and detect potential hazards. Provide training to employees on EHS protocols, safety procedures, and emergency response. Develop and maintain environmental programs, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. Ensure the organization complies with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. Environmental Programs: Develop and maintain environmental programs, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities, including incident reports and compliance audits. Maintains OSHA logs, EHS records, and reporting for internal and external use. Perform all other duties assigned. Qualifications
Required
Education: Bachelor's Experience: At least 3 years of experience in EHS or related field within a manufacturing environment. Competencies/Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and educate employees on EHS practices. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
