Telum
is seeking
Expert OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts
to lead advanced open‑source collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) using publicly and commercially available information. You’ll fuse OSINT/PAI with multi‑INT reporting to deliver decision‑quality targeting products and intelligence assessments that support special operations, HUMINT/exploitation missions, cyber operations, and indications & warnings. What You’ll Do
Plan and execute end‑to‑end OSINT/PAI collection, PED, targeting support, and reporting. Leverage public records, commercial datasets, social/media platforms, geospatial/open data, and enterprise repositories to build multi‑INT assessments. Interface with IC, DoD, and SOF partners to align requirements, deconflict collection, and disseminate products. Apply rigorous OSINT tradecraft and data‑hygiene practices; ensure compliance with authorities, policy, and legal guidance. Brief findings to
O‑4/GS‑13+
audiences; mentor junior analysts on tools, methods, and workflows. Required Qualifications
6+ years
total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD or the U.S. Intelligence Community. 2+ years
hands‑on OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting (SOF support preferred).
Note: Traditional/legacy OSINT tasks (e.g., basic review/translation/reporting of public feeds or social/news sources) do not count as equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency with current
all‑source
tools, databases, and repositories. Strong proficiency with
OSINT/PAI
tools, platforms, methodologies, and data sources (public and commercial). Understanding of
OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy . Excellent written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong verbal briefing skills; able to brief at the
O‑4/GS‑13
level or higher. Active
TS
with
SCI eligibility
required at time of application. Desired Skills
Recent experience supporting
USSOCOM/SOF
requirements. Link‑analysis, entity resolution, enrichment, and bulk‑data analytics. Scripting/automation for OSINT/PAI (e.g., API use, Python) a plus. Experience integrating OSINT outputs into multi‑INT targeting and cyber workflows. About Telum
