Job Summary The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a service-oriented and systems-savvy Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring efforts across archdiocesan offices, schools, and parishes. This role is essential to ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment processes by providing coordination, reporting, and system support within our Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors).
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination for recruiting activity, helping ensure timely communication, accurate data, and a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners—while supporting the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
Job Responsibilities Recruiting Operations & ATS Support
Generate, analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc recruiting reports from SAP SuccessFactors, including open requisitions, applicant status, time-to-fill, and other key metrics.
Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of recruiting data within the ATS, ensuring requisitions, candidate records, and hiring statuses are current and complete.
Monitor recruiting activity and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team on open, pending, and closed requisitions.
Serve as a resource to hiring managers, school administrators, and parish staff by providing basic system guidance and support related to ATS navigation and recruiting processes.
Hiring Coordination & Process Support
Support hiring activities across schools, parishes, and archdiocesan departments, ensuring alignment with Archdiocesan policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate pre-employment and new-hire documentation, including offer materials, onboarding forms, and required hiring steps.
Track progress of hiring and onboarding activities and proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers to support timely completion.
Stakeholder Communication & Service
Act as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition team, HR Managers, hiring managers, and local leadership within schools and parishes.
Respond to inquiries regarding requisition status, hiring steps, and onboarding timelines with professionalism and clarity.
Deliver clear, respectful communication that reflects the mission, values, and service-oriented culture of the Archdiocese.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, or a related role.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR data; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruiting activities and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or a similar enterprise HRIS.
Experience supporting hiring in a decentralized or multi-entity organization (e.g., schools, nonprofits, healthcare, faith-based organizations).
