• Supervise payroll staff, providing guidance, support, and clear communication to ensure high-quality output.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll regulations and company policies.

• Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

• Process payroll transactions—including wages, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and various types of leave—in a timely and accurate manner.

• Reconcile discrepancies, resolve payroll errors, and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare and deliver payroll reports to management, supporting decision-making with clear insights.

• Implement payroll best practices to enhance efficiency and standardize processes.

• Update and maintain payroll policies and procedures, and educate employees on payroll regulations and practices.

• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to support cross-functional processes and ensure alignment.

• Address employee inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

**What Makes You the Right Fit** • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll administration or payroll operations.

• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy under deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.

• Proficiency with payroll software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

**How You Would Stand Out** • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.

• Experience using **Workday** or a similar HRIS/payroll platform.

• Familiarity with process improvement initiatives or payroll best practice frameworks.
