The **Sr. Manager, Sales Operations** is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving global sales effectiveness through planning, analytics, CRM administration, territory management, and order fulfillment prioritization. This role serves as a critical conduit between Sales, Market Development, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data, and Finance teams, ensuring alignment and execution across the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.* Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional partnerships.* Experience driving the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

+ Forecast Accuracy (% variance to plan)

+ Sales Productivity (Revenue per Rep)

+ CRM Adoption Rate (% active users)

+ Territory Coverage Effectiveness

+ Order Fulfillment Rate (% on-time delivery)

+ Sales Cycle Time (Lead to Close)

+ Data Quality Score (CRM and Territory data)

+ Quota Attainment (% of reps hitting targets)7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related commercial functions. Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with S&OP/IBP processes and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
