About the Position Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service, Business Operations, eCommerce, PMO, the Manager, Business Analytics is responsible for owning and advancing Score Sports’ analytics, forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks—most critically the company’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reporting. This role also leads the management and optimization of the company’s CRM platform and other assigned business systems to enable data accuracy, visibility, and operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong business acumen, deep experience with NetSuite , forecasting, and data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
About You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in business analytics.
Hands-on NetSuite expertise (Saved Searches, reporting, workflows, data modeling).
Experience managing CRM systems ( Zendesk, Pipedrive or similar)
Advanced skills in Excel; proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Strong understanding of S&OP and demand planning processes.
Experience developing and managing sales forecasting models.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in apparel, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
Experience integrating or optimizing CRM, ERP, or BI systems.
Familiarity with ERP-to-BI connectors or automated reporting pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end S&OP reporting process, ensuring timely , accurate , and strategic insights for supply, demand, and production planning.
Manage the sales forecasting process , including building, refining, and maintaining forecast models that support short- and long-term demand planning.
Partner closely with Demand Planning, Sales, and Operations teams to synthesize historical trends, market signals, and pipeline visibility into actionable demand insights.
Serve as the business owner for CRM and other assigned software platforms , overseeing configuration, reporting, adoption, data governance, and process improvements.
Build, maintain , and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and automated analytics across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Executive teams.
Act as the NetSuite reporting and analytics subject-matter expert , including saved searches, reporting, workflows, and data structure.
Support demand planning through accurate data extraction, forecast variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
Analyze sales, inventory, production, and fulfillment data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements to forecast accuracy.
Lead monthly S&OP data preparation, consolidating inputs from multiple functions, validating data quality, and presenting insights to leadership.
Support business transformation initiatives—including digital, process, and system improvements with data insights, KPI frameworks, and ROI analysis.
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and alignment across CRM, NetSuite, and other analytics environments.
Mentor analysts and elevate analytical and reporting capabilities across the organization.

Base Salary $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually,depending on experience.
