About the Role F&F Properties is seeking a motivated

entry-level Bilingual Administrative Assistant

to join our Property Operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real estate, property management, leasing, and operations while working closely with experienced professionals.

You’ll receive training, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. We’re looking for someone with strong comprehension skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow — not someone who already “knows it all.”

This is a fast-paced, in-office role that requires initiative, follow-through, and pride in doing things the right way.

What You’ll Learn & Support Working under the supervision of a Senior Property Manager, you’ll support leasing agents, managers, and residents while learning all aspects of property operations. This position works 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime, and the position requires after hours availability in certain situations.

Leasing & Administrative Support

Help process rental applications and deposits in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements

Prepare leases, move‑in documents, and ensure all required paperwork is complete

Upload and organize documents in management software and internal systems

Support move‑in and move‑out processes

Resident Relations

Serve as a professional point of contact for resident questions and requests

Assist with resident communications, notices, and documentation

Help ensure properties remain clean, safe, and well‑maintained

Escalate issues to management as needed and follow up for resolution

Operations Exposure

Learn rent collection processes and proper documentation

Assist with inspections, notices, renewals, and record auditing

Help track work orders, proposals, and property‑related documentation

Maintain accurate records and notes in company systems

No prior property management or administrative experience is required — we will train the right person.
