About the Role As a
Speech-Language Pathologist on our Early Intervention team , you’ll work with children ages
0–5 , delivering
play-based, family-centered speech and language therapy
in natural environments.
This is an
in-field position
serving families across
Bucks County, Chester County, and the Philadelphia area .
Schedule Options:
Full-Time or Part-Time
Weekdays, evenings, and weekends available

Salary depends on experience and availability
Highly competitive pay for a 40-hour workweek
Initiative-driven SLPs can earn $450–$600 per day

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide individualized, play-based speech and language therapy
Support development in
speech, language, feeding, social communication, and early literacy
Develop functional treatment plans and IEP goals
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team
Coach parents to confidently embed strategies into daily routines
Empower children to communicate with confidence and joy
✅ What We’re Looking For
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Pennsylvania SLP License
(active or in process)
ASHA CCCs
preferred (CFs welcome!)
Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred
Strong communication skills, creativity, and heart
Self-starters who love children and value family-centered care
