Being an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist at Kidology means working in natural environments where therapy has real, lasting impact. OTs are trusted to practice independently while receiving consistent clinical support and leadership guidance. You’ll engage in play-based, functional therapy that supports regulation, participation, and daily routines, while building strong relationships with families. With flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team culture, Kidology offers EI clinicians the structure, autonomy, and professional respect needed to do their best work.
Schedule & Work Structure
Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
Weekday, evening, and weekend availability options
Clinicians build and manage their own schedules
Consistent caseloads available for those seeking higher earning potential
Compensation
$450–$600 per day, based on experience and availability
$1,000 sign-on bonus
Higher earnings tied to consistency and caseload commitment
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (or in process)
Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism
Reliable transportation and comfort working in community-based settings
