As we expand, we’re seeking a full‑time Competition Dance Team Director to lead, inspire, and elevate our competitive team to new heights.
What you’ll do in this role:
Lead and manage DB Studios’ competitive dance teams, ages 7–18.
Choreograph unique, innovative routines across multiple genres (jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip‑hop, etc.).
Oversee training schedules, competition planning, rehearsals, and team auditions.
Mentor and inspire students to reach their highest potential—technically, creatively, and personally.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and studio leadership to continue evolving the DB Studios brand and artistic vision.
Communicate with parents and team members to foster a positive, respectful, and professional studio culture.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for dance studios and comp seasons).
Bonus if you have:
Experience directing competition teams.
Acrobatic or hip‑hop training.
Prior experience working in a fast‑growing studio environment.
