.This role works a 12-hour rotating schedule. **Major Responsibilities** Ability to work co-operatively/collaboratively with others **Minimum Qualifications:** Associate of Arts in Science related degree and the following requirements * High School diploma and the following requirements* ### 64 hours in a science curriculum* ### 1 year of general chemistry with labs for science majors* ### 1 year of organic chemistry with labs for science majors* ### 1 college algebra course or higher-level math course**Preferred Qualifications:** Five years of lab experience Experience with lab software systems (e.g. LIMS, Chromatography, Titration) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & OneNote) **Knowledge & Skills:** Ability to physically perform the required operations in a safe manner Ability to work a rotating shift or other work schedule Basic Computer Skills Critical thinking and analytical skills Ability and willingness to work overtime (scheduled and unscheduled) Covestro is a world-leading supplier of high-tech polymer materials: innovative, sustainable and diverse.
