Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 (Depending on Location & Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Flexible Hours)

Work Environment: On-Site Only

About the Role We are seeking a highly qualified and credentialed Licensed Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in an on-site acute inpatient rehabilitation or medical hospital setting. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology from an APA-accredited program and must have completed a supervisedinternship. This position involves providing short-term psychological interventions for adult patients recovering from neurological and physical trauma. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or rehabilitation psychology and a strong background in assessment, intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for adult patients experiencing neurological and physical trauma.

Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy to facilitate recovery and adjustment.

Work closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Develop individualized treatment plans integrating psychological and medical care needs.

Offer psychoeducation and coping strategies to patients and families.

Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and hospital guidelines.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development provided by the company.

Required Qualifications

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology from an APA-accredited program. (Strict Requirement)

Completion of a supervisedinternship. (Strict Requirement)

Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas.

2-3 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in a medical or rehabilitation setting.

Strong knowledge of neuropsychological principles, trauma-related interventions, and behavioral medicine.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary medical environment.

Must be able to work on-site in an inpatient medical setting—remote work is not available for this role.
