DARCARS CDJR of New Carrollton is now hiring an Automotive Used Sales Manager!
Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram dealership located in a high-traffic, high-opportunity market, and we’re looking for a proven Used Car Manager to lead and grow our pre‑owned vehicle department.
This is a key leadership role for a driven professional who understands inventory strategy, market pricing, and team development—and who wants to succeed with a strong automotive group in the Washington DC area.
For this role, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Used Car Manager or senior automotive sales leader Previous DriveCentric experience a plus Previous Finance Experience a plus Understanding of used vehicle acquisition and reconditioning Proven leadership and decision‑making skills Proven Used Car Manager (or strong desk manager ready to step up) Results‑driven mindset with a focus on gross and volume Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Valid driver’s license Benefits

Manage all operations of the used vehicle department Source, appraise, and price used inventory to maximize profitability Analyze market data to stay competitive and turn inventory efficiently Lead, train, and motivate the sales team Ensure compliance with dealership and state regulations Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business We are an equal opportunity employer & drug‑free workplace.
