What You’ll Do As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy. Your work will include:
Providing direct personal care and daily living support
Assisting with hygiene, meals, and medication administration
Implementing individualized care and behavior support plans
Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment
Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
Current auto insurance
