Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Ensure supervision follows current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.
Collaborate with Administrator, Medical Director, Director of Nursing Services, or Nurse Supervisor to maintain highest quality of care at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
RN license in OH
Long‑term care (LTC) / Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
