A worker is responsible for performing and completing a multitude of general labor tasks throughout the greenhouse under the direct supervision of their manager and/or Crew Leader. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, maintaining productivity goals, and ensuring the work area remains safe at all times. Ensure all safety policies are followed while spacing of plants on the ground; Cleaning, pinching, and cutting of plants, Support the hanging of plants as needed, Work through provided task lists either independently or with a team, and any other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens. Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties. A successful employee will safely and timely assist the team with preparing orders for delivery to vendors and customers. They will also support and help the dock and other labor teams throughout the facility as needed. Work well in a team environment to meet daily goals, be punctual and timely, loading and unloading product onto the trailers. Must have the ability to consistently lift up to 30 pounds unassisted. Requirements
2 months experience in duties listed Drug Screen Lifting requirement 30 lbs.
