Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Monitor daily plant performance and lead problem-solving efforts.* Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to prevent recurring issues.* Analyze process data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.* Maintain Standard Operating Conditions and control plans for key operations.* Collaborate with shop-floor teams to share knowledge and reinforce discipline.* Partner with IT to advance AI-driven process optimization.* Support new product launches and supplier qualifications with R&D.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.* Strong oral communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.* Critical thinking and learning agility to adapt in a dynamic environment.* Proven analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.* Solid problem-solving abilities to address complex operational challenges.* Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.* Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement principles.* Comfort with digital tools and willingness to explore emerging technologies.* Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.* Experience with advanced process optimization or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).* Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority.* Strong adaptability and curiosity to explore emerging technologies and innovative solutions.* Competitive pay* Clean, temperature-controlled facility* Supportive team environment* Global company with strong values and purposeWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
