Job Details
Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of West Volusia
Location: Deltona, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $50-$55 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
Accurately document findings in the standardized evaluation format.
Develop detailed treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, and treatment modalities.
Ensure all MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
Deliver effective patient care, utilizing modalities and modifying treatment as necessary while adhering to all precautions.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (MA or MS) in Communication Disorders from an accredited university recognized by ASHA and the state board.
Holds a current Speech Language Pathology license/registration in Florida.
Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
