Day RN Nurse Manager – Valle Vista Health System
At Valle Vista, our Nurse Managers play a vital role providing and directing high quality patient care delivery from our nursing team. You will directly supervise assigned staff within our nursing department in accordance with the hospital’s policies and applicable laws. Key responsibilities include staff recruitment and development, workforce planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, staff recognition, investigating complaints, and partnering with senior leadership to resolve problems and explore performance improvement.

Qualifications
Current license to practice nursing in IN (or eligible to receive or renew).
Current CPR or BLS certification.
Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing with a minimum of two years of management experience.
Associate of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred.
