Presbyterian Homes of Kentucky is hiring a Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Rose Anna Hughes Home on our Louisville campus. This position is part of our long‑term care medical specialty in Geriatrics, providing compassionate care to residents.

Responsibilities

Verify medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and record vital signs and other medical information as needed

Conduct monthly self‑administration assessments

Communicate with patients and families regarding care and treatment

Ensure nursing staff properly administers prescribed treatments

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky

Experience in long‑term care preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts
