As a Psychologist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/ Nystrom & Associates), you will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy to patients. You’ll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they’re at.

Responsibilities
Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence
Design and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs
If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers
Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews
Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed
Requirements
Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure
Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
Pay Range
Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000
Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 - $125,000
Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
