Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in communication disorders recognized by ASHA and state board
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (current license/registration in-state)
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations per MD orders
Document findings on standardized evaluations accurately
Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities
Ensure MD orders obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges
Deliver treatment using modalities and modify plan per patient needs and precautions
