Physical Therapist Outpatient - McLeod Sports Medicine (Sign On Available!)
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center in Hartsville. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality care to athletes and patients seeking functional recovery, while contributing to a team of health‑care professionals committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
Complete patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using objective measures.
Deliver therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental impairments.
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with department policy and state license requirements.
Adjust schedules to accommodate changing caseloads and collaborate with PTAs on patient goals.
Participate in professional development, mentor peers, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team regarding treatment progress, complications, and order clarification.
Utilize safety equipment and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Active South Carolina license in Physical Therapy.
Current Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification.
Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver evidence‑based care.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing education and achievement of required CEUs.
Benefits $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus (subject to bonding), $7,500 Relocation Assistance, and $7,500 Tuition Reimbursement per completed year for 7 years.
Work Schedule 72 – 80 hours biweekly, Monday – Friday with flexible scheduling.
